IN THE ONLINE SESSIONS, CAN SEVERAL DEVICES BE CONNECTED?
In couple and family sessions in online format, it is possible to connect to the video conference from different devices and locations. To do this, you will need to indicate your emails to send everyone the link to the meeting. Online sessions are carried out through the Microsoft Teams platform.
PAYMENT CONDITIONS
Online sessions are paid for in advance through the website. In-person sessions can also be paid for in advance online or in cash at the start of the session. Fractional payments are not allowed. We do not work with insurance companies.
CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE THE DATE OF MY THERAPY SESSION?
Psychotherapy sessions, once charged, are not refundable. Date and time can be changed, with at least 48 hours' notice. As usual, we will try to book the same day and time, although changes are possible. If you wish to modify the date and time of the session, you must notify by phone or email 48 hours in advance.
HOW DO I CONNECT TO THE ONLINE SESSIONS?
You can reserve and pay for several sessions at the same time, and make the full payment through the website. For example, if you are going to do a weekly session, you would go to the "reservations" section and indicate, one by one, the date and time of each session, all of them will appear in the cart (upper right corner), and you make the total payment to finish the purchase of all the sessions you will have in a month.
